Rental Conditions

Only the person(s) specified in the contract and delivery form can use the vehicle you rented. In case of damages that may occur if third parties not specified in the contract use the vehicle, no damage assurance is valid. In order to increase the number of vehicle users, you can purchase "Additional Driver" service from our branches. Additional driver must be purchased if there is someone or some people who will use the vehicle other than the person renting the vehicle. A maximum of 5 additional drivers can be defined for a vehicle. Renting can be made within the age and driver's license year conditions specified in the vehicle groups. If these conditions cannot be met, you can purchase the "Young Driver" service package and rent within the limits in this package. Young driver service package also includes "Super Maximum Assurance" service. Additional Driver and Young Driver Service fees can be obtained from our reservation center and branches.

Age and License Year Requirements
The minimum age and driver's license year information for vehicle groups are specified in the table below. These conditions must be met by both the tenant and the additional driver(s). It is mandatory to have a Turkish ID number on the driver's license. Rentals cannot be made with driver's licenses combined with new IDs. You must have your driver's license with you.

Our vehicles can be rented for at least 24 hours per day and 23 days per month.

In case of possible delays:

1/3 of the car rental price valid on that date in case of delay over 2 hours
2/3 of your current car rental price in case of a delay of 3 hours or more
If your delivery or pick-up time is at the branch closing time, you must deliver or return the vehicle at that time. Up to 2 hours delay option is not valid for rentals with a delivery or return time at the branch closing time.
In case of a delay of 4 hours or more, the one-day rental fee valid on the relevant day will be added to your contract and the collection will be made from your credit card.

Please return the vehicle with the fuel level you received. In case the vehicle is delivered with missing fuel, a service fee of 40% of the missing fuel price will be added to the missing fuel price.

Return to Branch:

If you want to return your car to a different branch from the one you rented, a "One Way" fee will be applied.

One Way fee is also applied when you return your car to a different branch within the same city.

 

Pick-up and Delivery to Address:

Our delivery and pick-up services vary according to the availability of our branches. For all details, you can contact the branch you want to rent from.

Our vehicle assurances vary according to campaigns and prices. Details of the assurances are specified in your contract and delivery form. For information about the fees and limits of additional assurances you may need, you can consult our reservation center or the branch where you will rent. Detailed information about our assurances and assurance packages we offer is as follows.

Mini Damage Assurance: It is the assurance that offers the advantage of providing repair with the tenant's declaration for unilateral damages up to 3,000 TL including VAT.
Super Mini Damage Assurance: It is the assurance that offers the advantage of providing repair with the tenant's declaration for single-sided damages up to 5,000 TL including VAT.
Super Mini Damage Plus Assurance: It is the assurance that offers the advantage of providing repair with the tenant's declaration for single-sided damages up to 8,000 TL including VAT.
Maximum Assurance Package : Mini Damage Coverage, Personal Accident Coverage and Third Party Liability Coverage.
Super Maximum Assurance Package : Super Mini Damage Coverage, Personal Accident Coverage and 3rd Party Liability Coverage.
Super Maximum Assurance Plus Package: This is the assurance package that covers Super Mini Damage Plus Assurance, Personal Accident Assurance, 3rd Party Liability Assurance.
3rd Party Liability Coverage: In addition to the compulsory financial liability (traffic) insurance, it covers damages against 3rd parties within the limits specified.
Personal Accident Coverage: Duration

The payment of any traffic fines arising from non-compliance with traffic rules (including the use of incorrect toll booths on bridges and highways) and the service fee will be made from the credit card of the tenant named in the contract.

Payment Terms and Security

The vehicle rental fee, additional product and service fees and the collateral amount are collected in advance from a single credit card belonging to the lessee at the beginning of the lease. At the end of the rental, the credit card is charged or refunded according to the fee difference that may occur. The tenant must be present in person at our branch and no additional driver or credit card belonging to a different person is accepted.

Collateral Fee:

Apart from the vehicle rental fee, the collateral amounts determined according to the vehicle groups and varying between 1,000 TL and 4,000 TL are collected from the tenant's personal credit card at the beginning of the rental. These collateral amounts are fully refunded within 7 days at the latest if the vehicle is taken back as it was delivered to you.

Early Rental Returns:

After the start of the rental, if the vehicle is returned before the reservation dates, the price is recalculated according to the number of days the vehicle will be used. If there is an amount less than the amount charged, the difference is refunded. If there is more than the amount charged, no extra charge will be made.

Rental Extension:

After the start of the rental, if there is a request to rent the vehicle for a longer period than the reservation dates, the additional fee that will occur after the price is recalculated by the system is charged to the credit card presented at the beginning of the rental.

No-Show Application:

If the vehicle is not picked up at the pick-up time specified in the reservation, the vehicle will be in No-show status after 2 hours and no vehicle from any group will be guaranteed. Your reservation in no-show status will be canceled after 4 hours.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Reservations can be canceled 1 hour before the reservation time on the date of the reservation and in such a case, you will not be charged any fee. 

If you want to cancel your reservation other than the above conditions, only 1 day's car rental fee will be charged to you.
